Welcome to the Tower of Babylon

Welcome to Torre de Babel (the Tower of Babylon), the temptation and glory of all Men. For those of you who are unaware of what the Tower of Babylon it is a biblical allusion to an ancient tower built to explemify men's tower. Ok nevermind, this layout was inspired by the song "Torre de Babel" by the Spaniard singer David Bisbal featuring Wisin y Yandel.

It has been over a year since I last designed a premade; simply because I never had the patience for them. This one was done on the span of four days. I wasn't sure how I wanted this layout to look like but after I heard the song I wanted to go for a more Spanish feel to it. My favorite parts of the layout are the color scemes and the images used. This layout uses artwork of Zhao and Azula from Rufftoon's Water Tribe comic. Yes, I am aware that I use too much Zhao but this was the only image that got me back into designing premades.

This layout works in Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer (it should work in others) and best viewed in resolutions from 1024x768 and higher. The content area is about 580 pixels wide, which is decent for sites with a good size amount of content. The navigation is on the left, be sure to edit the link names and urls. However, you must leave in all credit links. By the way you are allowed to copy the layout's coding, I really do not care if use it simply because it is just html and it is always reused

This is a content block. The following is just filler text The Tower of Babel according to chapter 11 of the Book of Genesis, was an enormous tower built at the city of Babel, the Hebrew name for Babylon (Akkadian Babilu). According to the biblical account, a united humanity, speaking a single language and migrating from the east, took part in the building after the Great Flood; Babel was also called the "beginning" of Nimrod's kingdom. The people decided their city should have a tower so immense that it would have "its top in the heavens." However, the Tower of Babel was not built for the worship and praise of God, but was dedicated to the glory of man, with a motive of making a 'name' for the builders: "Then they said, 'Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves; otherwise we shall be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.'" (Genesis 11:4). God, seeing what the people were doing, confounded their languages and scattered the people throughout the earth. It had been God's original purpose for mankind to grow and fill the earth. In the Hebrew scriptures Nimrod is portrayed as a 'mighty hunter'
